We Work hard to better the lives of children and adults; men and women; typical and special needs. Exercise changes the way we think and feel. When we participate in physical activity, endorphins are released by the brain which are responsible for making us feel happy. We want everyone to get involved. Have fun, get moving and feel good with 1on1 Athletics.
We provide the education and exercise necessary to live a healthy lifestyle. Individual programs designed by professional and dedicated staff combine the development of cognitive, perceptual and basic motor skills to increase physical performance, confidence and self esteem. Through these proven techniques, participants build a foundation of sports skills, fitness and health concepts that can be incorporated into everyday life.

-Our Vision-
Through our various programs we offer something for everyone. From sports training to personal training, private 1on1 and group sessions or organized weekly programs in the many facilities we work with. Many of our clients lack strength, coordination, and basic motor skills, while others need to build confidence and social skills and learn best in individual or small group settings. Our educators focus on developmentally appropriate techniques to build fundamentals in a variety of movements, sports, and activities. By utilizing adapted forms of physical education, teaching techniques and equipment individuals will have the opportunity to participate in everyday fitness and sport activities. As a result, participants will benefit from improved motor movements, flexibility and overall health.
The professional and dedicated staff of 1 on 1 Athletics will work together with participants to design a personalized program which incorporates the 5 components of physical fitness: cardio respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength flexibility and body composition. The culmination of these 5 components combined with basic motor skills and developmentally appropriate techniques will enhance overall health and wellness.
