About Us
Is a certified personal trainer Health and Physical Education teacher. Jason teaches elementary, middle and high school with experience in coaching girls high school soccer, coed middle school track and field, boys basketball and swim instruction. Growing up in a household that runs an employment agency for Nannies and Housekeepers he has developed many working relationships with children and their families.

Russ Van Ness
Is a certified personal trainer Health and Physical Education teacher who developed and runs the Physical Education Program at The Children's Therapy Center in Fair Lawn, NJ. Having so much experience working in a school for children with disabilities, Russ understands the need for children of all ages and ability levels to be given the chance to participate, succeed, and feel confident.

Jason and Russ are NJ state certified physical educators. Both are certified in Personal Training and CPR.
